by Mrs. Rose to honor her parents, who through hard work and
foresight sent their three daughters to the University of
Missouri in the 1920s

in the winter, to the student with the best project generated
from the interior design studio sequence which includes Design
Studio I, II, and III.

Tom and Carolyn Wiley Scholarship
one or
more annual awards shall be made to students in the College
of human Environmental Sciences in the following areas: Architectural Studies, Human Development and Family Studies (a child life
major), and Textile and Apparel Management

shall be rotated among the three departments

recipients shall be completing their junior year and the award
is intended to be available during the senior year
Pat Hilderbrand Interior Design
Scholarship
The scholarship is in honor of Pat Hilderbrand, an ARCHST faculty
member who served the department for 32 years. She was a Fellow
of the Interior Design Educators Council and active with the
Foundation for Interior Design Education Research. The scholarship
also celebrates the profession of interior design as a career
opportunity.
Junior
or Seniors majoring in interior design are eligible.
