he new office building will be located in Chicago, Illinois, a blended city consisting of different cultures and a rich history of economic and social development. Chicago has continued to attract residents and talent from across the world since the 1900s and continues to do so to this day due to its diverse population, corporate opportunities, and recreational environment. Drawing inspiration from jazz’s improvisational nature, collaborative interactions, and the evolution of its sub-genres, the NEXT office strives to provide suitable work and meeting spaces for a variety of people and functions.
