Within our program, with small studio sizes but big ideas, and a shared vision to make all people’s lives better with what we do, you’ll find an inspiring and determined energy. You’ll hear new ideas and perspectives. You’ll collaborate in hands-on studio classes, be amazed in the iLab, work as a team on academic and client projects, and have an opportunity to test yourself against national and international students at competitions like the Solar Decathlon.

If you’re like most incoming freshmen, you don’t really know yet what you want to do for a career for the rest of your life. You may have an idea; you may have a certain set of skills and curiosity which led you to an interest in interior design, construction and/or architecture. Other institutions and programs are making you choose your path right now. We aren’t that way. We recognize a professional and academic need for flexibility. All students start by learning knowledge and skills about each discipline before they choose their professional path at the end of their 2nd year.
